Trinity's Outreach

Trinity United Methodist Church is a congregation of loving people that find passion and excitement in helping others. Our outreach is directed toward many different causes and our congregation has provided funds and many hours of volunteer/servant time to the following needs:

  • Canines for Service
  • Crop Walk
  • First Fruit Ministries
  • Kids Making It Woodworking Program
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Medical Ministry International (MMI)
  • Mother Hubbard's Cupboard
  • New Hanover High School
  • Pets For Vets
  • Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM)
  • Wilmington CareNet Counseling Center
  • Wilmington Interfaith Hospitality Network (WIHN)
  • Salvation Army
  • Snipes Academy of Arts & Design
  • Stop Hunger Now

One of our ongoing fund raising events is a Pancake Breakfast that is held on the second Saturday of every month at our Family Life Center (4008 S. College Rd.) with the proceeds designated to various outreach ministries.

We attempt to put into practice the following charge from John Wesley:

Do all the good you can,

By all the means you can,

In all the ways you can,

In all the places you can,

At all the times you can,

To all the people you can,

As long as ever you can.
